The Portland Group High Performance Fortran Compiler

There were, according to the Fortran Forum, Volume 14, Number 4, December 1995, three Fortran 90 compilers available for Windows. These are reviewed on pages 4-6 in the journal. Two additional compilers are now (April 1997) available from Absoft and Digital.
