Rdf Photoz

In a recent paper we show how

We make the machine learning redshift code, and the best architecture available here. We also make the training/test/xval data available.

You can read in the file by:

import pickle impor numpy as np

clf = pickle.load(open("best_rdf.p',"rb"))

I then load the data using my own routines, but basically you need to load odd numbered rows of the file, skip the first 2 rows

testin = # load odd numbered rows of the file, skip the first 2 rows

Next load the data to b passed through the RDF:

RDF_redshift = np.array(clf.predict(testin))
