Prerequisites for Students

1. Qualified Diplom or Master Degree in Physics or Astrophysics
    (students are required to have passed at least with grades 2.3 (B-)
    or higher)  
2. Proficiency in English Language

Dissertation and Final Oral Examinations:

The candidate's Dissertation Committee will conduct a final oral examination based primarily on the subject area of the dissertation. The final defense of the thesis starts with a talk of the candidate on the subject area of his/her dissertation (20 min).
